Welcome to our farm!
I hope that you enjoy your visit and like looking at the horses as much as I do.

Horses are my passion, in 2008 we sold our house to move into the barn to be closer to the horses!
My husband and I now live in an apartment above the barn so I am always close to them.  We enjoy spending every spare moment with the horses and do our own training for trail and we love doing demonstrations for horse fairs. 
We have a select few broodmares that we breed from the best bloodlines to cross with our gorgeous perlino Royal Ivory stallion, they give us the best walking foals with friendly dispositions and most are buckskins.

OUR SELLING POLICY
  • We do our best to make sure buyers know all about the horse they are getting. We try to find out bad habits or any issues that might come up. What level of rider the horse is suited for & what the horse is best suited for. We want the buyer & horse to have many wonderful years together.
  • Started horses, mean just that they are just starting their training under saddle. We do tell if a horse is finished or not.
  • We do not believe in the term Bombproof (unless the horse is deaf), but we do try to train the horses as close as possible to that.
  • All horses are believed sound unless otherwise noted. VET EXAMS WELCOMED at buyers expense BEFORE horse is bought. Horses are sold as is.
  • Horses are like people, sometimes the new horse & rider don’t get along (this is why we encourage visiting with the horse at our farm multiple times before making a decision), in the event that happens we will gladly try and help the buyer to resale the horse.
  • OUR goal is to sell quality gaited, trail & fun show horses. We hand pick and breed for these horses for their minds, ability, conformation, breeding and of course color just to make the package better.
  • Our ads will say if we believe a horse is kid safe. Please bring your child that the horse would be for and allow us to give them a lesson on the horse to see if they get along.
  • We do take short term payments with signed contract. Horse does not leave here until paid in full. Sometimes we take trades if the horse meets our needs or program. Payment on horses are accepted as Bank wire transfer, Money gram, Bank money order or Cashier’s check or personal checks. All methods of payment will have time to clear before horse can leave. Horses coggins, papers, transfer etc will be given to the shipper who hauls the horse.
     
  • We can help you find a hauler if you need. We have a list of ones that we prefer and have used ourselves. We recommend really checking into a hauler before you hire them.
  • Buying a new horse is no easy task. We just try to make it a little easier on everyone & hope to keep past clients coming back for more horses.
